Gala Salt Factory
Last Saturday it was a rainy wet day, again. We went with our friends to the Gala Salt Factory. We got to make our own salt from seawater. We put our salt in a special clay pot and brought it home. The kids found it pretty interesting although it did take about 30 minutes. We saw different types of salt from around the world and had some yummy ice cream.

Maesa Elephant Camp, Thailand
Josh had the once in a lifetime opportunity to go to the Maesa Elephant Camp while in Thailand. He said it was amazing and so cool. He got to sit with elephants, watch them perform and ride an elephant. The kids would have just loved to be there, as would I.

Cooper's Birthday Party
Today was Cooper's birthday party. We had it this morning from 10-12 at the Dolphin Park. 7 of his classmates came as well as all our friends. I think there were about 18 kids running around the park having so much fun. The kids played tag, red rover, and green light red light. We ate some yummy cupcakes made by my dear friend Erica. They turned out so cute and were very yummy. Cooper opened presents and just had so much fun with all his friends. The kids were all exhausted by the end!
